So, here's how the conversation went:

Alta: The house next door to Celeborn's friend has a for sale sign in front of it.  He would think he died and went to heaven.  Wouldn't that be crazy?

Scott: I'm calling my brother Richard right now.

Alta: Wait, what?

Scott: (calls his brother, gets a referral to a mortgage guy and calls him)

Alta: We can't qualify for anything but whatever.

Scott: We totally qualify so Richard is sending us some info on houses and we will go look at them this week.

Alta: Wait, what?

So, as it turns out, Scott and I are looking at houses to buy.

Guess what?  It's stressful.
